Any written notice to terminate a tenancy must be submitted to the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) within three business days after being served to the tenant. If the notice is not filed on time with LAHD, the tenant may use this as a defense in an Unlawful Detainer court filing. We invite you to join us for one of our webinars to learn more about this Ordinance. This webinar will also provide information on how to file a notice and how to check if a notice has been successfully filed.

The webinar will be a one-hour session held online via Zoom. At the end of the presentation, there will be a Q&A period.

Visit our webpage to learn more about the Eviction Notice Filing Requirement.

Please note, this webinar is being hosted by the Los Angeles Housing Department.  Please reach out to LAHD for questions or assistance with registration.
