Help Shape the Future of Pasadena’s Rental Registry Tools

The Pasadena Rental Housing Board’s Rental Registry Ad Hoc Committee is inviting tenants, landlords, and community members to provide feedback on the Rent Stabilization Department’s Rental Registry System and Rental Registry Public Portal.
The primary way to participate is by completing a survey about your experience using these tools. Community members may complete the survey online at RentalRegistrySurvey or in person during one of two upcoming feedback sessions hosted by the Rent Stabilization Department.
These in-person sessions are intended for community members who would like assistance, have questions, or prefer to participate on site.

The survey and feedback sessions will focus on the Rental Registry System and the Rental Registry Public Portal, which allows users to view property and unit data and check whether units are registered in Pasadena’s Rental Registry.
Feedback collected through the survey and sessions will help inform ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, usability, and the overall rental registration process.
