Denise Cato, as President and CEO of FHCOC, leads and trains hundreds of housing industry professionals regarding both state and federal fair housing laws. She also serves as a Board Member for the National Fair Housing Alliance, supporting marketing and legislative needs of fair housing organizations nationwide. Ms. Cato was certified by the California Department of Real Estate in 1997 as a fair housing trainer for realtors and has taught fair housing courses for over 25 years, including for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles, Southern Cities Apartment Association, and Orange County Apartment Association.
