Denise Cato has led and trained hundreds of housing professionals on both state and federal fair housing laws. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Fair Housing Alliance. Certified by the California Department of Real Estate in 1997, Denise has taught fair housing courses for AAGLA for 25 years, Southern Cities Apartment Association for 23 years, and Orange County Apartment Association for at least 13 years.
