Fair Housing Certification Training

Denise Cato has trained hundreds of housing professionals on both state and federal fair housing laws. She serves on the Board of Directors for the National Fair Housing Alliance and has been certified by the California Department of Real Estate since 1997 to teach fair housing law to realtors. Ms. Cato has taught for the Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles for 25 years, Southern Cities Apartment Association for 23 years, and Orange County Apartment Association for at least 13 years.
