Earning your Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credential allows you to demonstrate that you have the knowledge and ability to manage rental property and achieve the owner's investment goals. To Obtain the CAM Credential, Candidates Must:

  • Have a minimum of 12 months of onsite property management experience
  • Successfully complete all CAM coursework (totaling 40 hours)
  • Pass the exam within six (6) months of declaring candidacy
