Keynote Speaker:

Anthony "Tony" Russo
Tony Russo is a Partner at Russo McGarty & Associates with nearly 30 years in political strategy and public policy. He led the successful opposition campaigns to defeat Propositions 10 (2018) and 21 (2020), and is currently leading the fight against the Justice for Renters Act. Tony previously served as Group SVP of Corporate Affairs at the Irvine Company, and has led numerous statewide political initiatives.

Kate Bell, Founder, Kate Bell Strategies
Kate is known as one of California’s most effective lobbyists, representing industries such as aviation, education, business, health, housing, and technology. Previously a partner at Capitol Advocacy, she led tax and procurement practices and won major refund claims. Kate has represented clients before key agencies and legislative bodies across California.

Moderator:

Daniel Yukelson, Executive Director, AAGLA
Daniel is a CPA who began his career at Ernst & Young. He previously served as CFO of Premiere Radio Networks and Oasis West Realty, where he was involved in the opening of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. He also served as Planning Commissioner and Public Works Commissioner in the City of Beverly Hills.
