This session follows the Introduction to AAGLA's New Forms Library. Attendees are encouraged to attend both, but each session stands on its own.

Every time you fill a vacancy, you are dealing with the same stack of paperwork. The same forms, the same back-and-forth with tenants on signatures, the same process of tracking who signed what and when. Once the tenant moves in, the paperwork does not stop, as you need to provide notices and perform inspections.  If that process still feels manual and pieced together, there is a better way to run it.
