Chris Barker is an attorney and real estate investor. Before transitioning full-time to real estate, he was a litigator at some of the nation’s top law firms. Most recently, he was Of Counsel at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, where he represented global investment firms and banks in complex financial disputes. Chris used his attorney earnings to acquire over 40 rental units in Los Angeles, which he owns and operates. His company, Yorkshire Realty, offers legal, property management, brokerage, and investment services.

Daniel Yukelson is currently the Executive Director of AAGLA. A Certified Public Accountant, Yukelson began his career at Ernst & Young, and later served as CFO for various companies including Premiere Radio Networks and Oasis West Realty. He was involved in the development of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and served as a Planning and Public Works Commissioner in Beverly Hills.
